Our clients have different needs and wants. Many are tourists who want a quick flight over the Canal. Others want to fly to San Blas for a day or week. Regardless, we need to know certain information such as the number of passengers. Also, the weights of the passengers if near the maximum capacity of the aircraft. Baggage information is helpful too as some aircraft are limited in baggage space. Weight too may be an issue in determining the best option for your trip.
Please specify your travel dates and times. If you arrive in Panama in the late afternoon, you may not be able to leave until the next morning due to flight restrictions. Many local airstrips and airports do not have runway lights. Also, allow time at customs and immigration. It can take ten minutes or over an hour. Likewise, when you depart Panama, you may need to arrive at Tocumen at least several hours before your flight. If your flight is early in the monring, plan on an overnight stay the night before as there are restrictions for take off time from Albrook Field where charter aircraft are based.
San Blas note:
The islands are plentiful as are the destinations. Please specify the island you wish to visit and do keep in mind that helicopters are only allowed to land at approved airports only.
We may be out on a helicopter tour so email is usually best since we may not be able to take complete notes.
