Indulgence or not?
Traveling in Panama by air to your destination or destinations, means you have more time to experience the country. Charter aircraft have a unique advantage of “telescoping time”.
 Panama’s scenic wonders don’t stop with the Canal. It’s wildlife, mountains, valleys, and coastlines are sure to delight anyone looking for that special getaway. One can travel to the San Blas islands in the morning and then ride horses in Coronado in the afternoon. See the Canal by air in the morning and then relax at a spa in Boquete after lunch.
While Panama might look small on map, traveling by ground is often more time consuming than one might think. The roads are good by any Latin American standard. However, they are not the superhighways most North Americans are used to -- let alone the Autostradas and Autobahns the Europeans drive on. (The Brits drive on the left and call them Motorways. Oh well.)
Then there are the drivers here. Some are well trained and others are not. It is widely known here that one of the riskier things you can do is to drive a car -- and that’s for residents. They will have an an accident at some point. The odds are simply in favor of a ding or dent. Tourists are in a whole different risk category
Traveling by charter aircraft lifts one above that risk with a professional experienced, commercially licensed pilot who knows what not to do.
